The Wisconsin Fidlar eByte: March 2017

We are excited to announce that the Barron County Register of Deeds Office has fully integrated our assisted-indexing technology, iNSPECT, with AVID! iNSPECT reads the document in process and presents key index data to the user to be validated for indexing. Since iNSPECT recognizes the data for the user instead of the user having to manually process the data, the chances of human error are greatly diminished.

Utilizing tools that promote accuracy and validity will ultimately allow for cleaner data and a cleaner repository. By applying iNSPECT, Barron County has increased the accessibility and usability of records for their constituents.

“Using iNSPECT to process a document on a touchscreen monitor is terrific. iNSPECT greatly reduces the amount of typing during processing. Since iNSPECT reduces the amount of actions for us, the likeliness for a typo becomes smaller. The staff really enjoys how iNSPECT works to help them. By using the touch of a fingertip, we can verify the index criteria for our records. We definitely look forward to what comes next from Fidlar.” – Margo Katterhagen, Barron County Register of Deeds
