LifeCycle Partners gain access to the newest software automatically
Michigan Counties have saved over $1 million since 2010 as Lifecycle Partners. These partner counties gain access to a suite of valuable Fidlar Technologies software, whose core is AVID, the premiere land recording software. Whenever a new Lifecycle product is added, Lifecycle Partners gain access to these software products automatically without having to get approval from their board for the extra expenditures. Official Records Online is a web-based resource accessible via computer, phone, or tablet, designed for ease-of-use by users of any demographic. Customers who access the Official Records Online database can easily make purchases via credit card for certified copies of their vital and land records, creating unparalleled convenience for the public. When a customer attempts to access documents through the Official Records Online website, the customer must first answer several background questions correctly to confirm their identity. Enhanced authorization options built into the system allow for the scanning and uploading of required identification to further improve security of documents. Waushara County joins a long list of Wisconsin Counties utilizing Official Records Online – completely free to Heather’s office.

Fidlar Technologies is eager to share the success of the October 2019 Minnesota User Group Meeting, featuring 18 counties from across the state who came together to share knowledge and learn from each other and from Fidlar Technologies. Many important topics were covered by Fidlar Technologies Vice-President of Sales, Scott Moore, Minnesota Partner Relationship Manager Raquel Posateri, and Project Manager Erin Williams. These topics covered areas including AVID, PINtegrity processes, cyber security, crowdForce, and more. In an open, round table discussion session, attendees were able to share their own experiences and knowledge with each other – one of the highlights of the meeting.

The meeting’s primary focus was on Balancing & Reports, an educational session provided by Fidlar Technologies’ Project Manager Erin Williams. This session covered many valuable points of discussion and asked the counties in attendance important questions like, “Do you accept documents that have been ‘Whited-Out’?” and “What reports do you use to balance, and how often do you balance?”, expanding on those areas and many others. As the meeting progressed, Minnesota officials were able to ask questions, share their own knowledge, and speak, in person, with Fidlar Technologies staff. The meeting closed out with AVID processes, updates on product upgrades, and APEX, Fidlar Technologies’ newest vitals recording software. User Group Meetings are hosted annually by Fidlar Technologies and present an excellent opportunity to connect with neighboring counties and the Fidlar Technologies staff.

Fidlar Technologies is proud to highlight Starke County, one of the latest counties to take bold steps forward into the world of recording with AVID. Starke County normally handles 50-70 documents a week, but on their AVID live day, the county was presented with the task of recording 40 documents – which they did so with ease and spare time remaining thanks to the help of AVID‘s recording utilities. One main draw for Starke County staff was iNSPECT and its ability to improve indexing efforts across the board. Fidlar Technologies Project Manager Alex Cole worked directly with the Starke County office, who had nothing but positive things to say about their new software and the delights of iNSPECT, claiming that they now take turns indexing so that both employees can utilize the “video game-like” software.

For years, Janis has been including Property Fraud Alert in tax bill mailings in an attempt to raise awareness of the crime and the safeties available to constituents provided by the county office.
