The Fidlar Michigan eByte, January 2016
In November of last year, Fidlar hosted a diverse group of attendees at the first annual College of Recording Arts. Designed to provide recording staff, with all levels of experience, the opportunity to learn the history and importance of the recording office while being trained on our land recording management software AVID, along with modules such as SWIFT, Anchor & Iris.
During the College, instructors explained best practices for remote access products and community outreach services. The event was a huge success with great feedback and plans are already being made for 2016’s event.

“I was able to attend Fidlar College this past autumn and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! It’s very encouraging to have the opportunity to work with such a supportive company. Promoting and initiating educational opportunities for users is such a great idea, that way there is a definite understanding of functions and shortcuts Fidlar developers have created to help us with our processes. They are working to provide us with the best tools like AVID to help us succeed in our roles of the Register of Deeds office. It was a great program, and very worth-while.” – Jody Hansen, Ottawa County Clerks/Register of Deeds Office
