We strive to advance the Fidlar Experience for every one of our County Partners. With a focus that is exclusive to the Register of Deeds Office – we offer a unique partnership program with the Partner Relationship Manager (PRM). A unique facet to Fidlar, the PRM‘s sole purpose is to regularly meet with each County Partner in their office to help achieve long-term goals. Once they are appointed, the PRM becomes your main point-of-contact, making sure to keep your office informed with deliverables such as the Annual Dashboard and hosting collaborative events like the User Group Meeting.

Fidlar Project Managers also travel on-site to train County Partners with our land records management system, AVID. Recently, Project Manager Chase Gridley was in Shawnee County to instruct how to best utilize the upgraded version of AVID 4.2. Once training was completed, Fidlar IT installed and configured the upgrade, allowing the county to quickly continue recording documents.

Laredo Desktop, the subscription-based search tool, is another software product that received a large upgrade. PRM Mark Lystiuk was on-site in Shawnee County to provide Laredo training sessions for local searchers. Having on-site training permits that the users get close-up exposure to the new features and to provide the opportunity to have a Fidlar representative answer any questions about the service.

Once the searching professional is using the product, they also have the option to contact Fidlar Support. Our support specialists not only provides technical assistance to County Partners, but we also take support calls from professionals searching with Laredo/Tapestry, Property Fraud Alert subscribers and Official Records Online customers.

“Any interaction Shawnee County has with Fidlar is always pleasant. Whenever upgrades are made, they make sure that we are adequately trained. Also, having their support resources available to our remote Laredo/Tapestry users lifts additional work off of our office. Project Manager Chase Gridley helped us get updated with the newest version of AVID and Partner Relationship Manager Mark Lystiuk administered an on-site, public training for the new Laredo, which was excellent. In these instances, Fidlar made sure we were kept in the loop. Just having that ability to be in touch with them when necessary is a great benefit.” – Becky Nioce, Shawnee County Register of Deeds
