The Illinois Fidlar eByte: January 2017
Fidlar will be present at next week’s conference and we’ll be holding a competition to see how well attendees can maintain indexing accuracy with the assisted-indexing technology, iNSPECT. We invite each of you to participate and witness firsthand how iNSPECT increases data integrity for the Recorder’s Office. By utilizing the latest technology, AVID powered by iNSPECT enhances users’ accuracy and precision while indexing. The contest’s winner will receive a gift of $50.
We will also be demonstrating our new OfficialRecordsOnline.com web-service. The webpage allows for constituents to request certified vital and land records from the Recorder’s Office at their own convenience via the Internet. This web-service is free to implement within your county and can be utilized regardless of what software vendor is used by your office.
Stop by our booth and be witness to how you can take your Official Public Record into the future…
“iNSPECT eliminates the chance for typographical errors by 99% for our office. Documents are immediately searchable once they are processed, before auditing is even completed. iNSPECT cuts the office’s processing time in half, since most information that would be indexed no longer needs to be entered manually.” – Lynn Moore, Sagadahoc County Registrar, Maine
“The Official Records Online service is a nice and simple way for us to offer requestors the certified copies they require. I think the straight forward design of the site is perfect for these transactions, it’s easy to navigate and to use. We can easily fulfill any and all requests in a way that is convenient for us and for the public.” – Dana Nelson, Whiteside County Clerk, Illinois
