It comes as no surprise to us that many of our county partners do more than just record Deeds — they perform goodDEEDS. We thought it would be a great idea to share as many of these stories as possible. By doing so we hope to raise awareness of the various charities and organizations they contribute to. We want to build their momentum and effectiveness in achieving their very important goals.

We’d like to thank Cynthia Meudt, Green County Register of Deeds, Wisconsin, for her charitable efforts this month. Cynthia participated in the 2017 Green County Alzheimer’s Walk in Monroe, WI. She walked in the memory of her mother-in-law, Lucile Teresa Meudt. The “I Love Lucy” team that walked in the event consisted of friends and family of Lucile.

The event was organized in part by the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin (ADAW). Active for more than thirty years, the ADAW helps those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia in south central Wisconsin. All the funds raised by participants like Cynthia and her team stay in Wisconsin to help fund the various ADAW programs in the state.

We would like to thank Cynthia for her efforts and for donating her time to the community.
