The Wisconsin Fidlar eByte – November 2018
Fidlar Hosts Wisconsin User Group Meeting
- Annual meeting assembles Fidlar partners
- Product upgrades and product release previews
- Open Platform/Open Dialogue workshop
Fidlar recently hosted the annual User Group Meeting (UGM) for our Wisconsin County Partners. The meeting brought officials from throughout the state together to discuss a wide range of topics relevant to the Register of Deeds Office. The meeting, led by Cheryl McCarthy, Partner Relationship Manager, and Mark Schwarting, Territory Manager, focused on this year’s changes to the ROD Office as well as the continued role of Fidlar with our partnerships.
Attendees were given an overview of software updates as well as previews of new products and services. As we offer new marketplace technology, we want to keep partners aware and educated of how these products and services can be implemented within office workflows. Through on-site visits with Cheryl McCarthy, the WI Partner Relationship Manager, and meetings like the UGM, Fidlar is able to keep every partnership well informed and in-touch with the current industry market.
Our goal for the UGM is to have the experience be as collaborative as possible for those attending. We want attendees involved in open discussion so that methods and ideas can be shared peer-to-peer and that we can educate one another through our professional experiences, expertise and knowledge. This year’s Wisconsin UGM was a great success and look forward to continue bringing the highest value of service to all of our County Partners.
“This year was my first User Group Meeting experience and I found attending to be very beneficial! Being newer to the ROD position, I really liked being able to network with the other Fidlar partners from around the state. Getting input and feedback about the AVID workflow from active AVID offices was great as we’re considering the change for Wood County in the near future. I’m already looking forward to the next meeting.” –Tiffany Ringer, Wood County Register of Deeds
