We are excited to announce that the Phelps County Recorder’s Office is the first Missouri county to incorporate our iNSPECT technology! iNSPECT is a new, groundbreaking assisted-indexing feature, integrated within our AVID land records management system, which, identifies key index information right on the document. Additionally, it adds elegant touchscreen enhancements to make the user’s experience as efficient and intuitive as possible. With iNSPECT, County Recorder Robin Kordes is taking her office and Official Public Record into the future.
“We were up and running very quickly with iNSPECT after its initial release and being able to perform tasks like indexing criteria with the touchscreen capability is something I love. The work I’m able to perform on touchscreen is as fast, if not faster, than what I can do typing. The image manipulation and rotation functions iNSPECT provides are also another favorite, the gestures make it so simple to maneuver.
