The Minnesota Fidlar eByte: November 2016
We are pleased to announce that long-time Fidlar Partner, Steele County, Minnesota has fully transitioned to our AVID land records management system, powered by iNSPECT! With AVID, Recorder of Deeds Rick Kvien and staff will be better prepared to execute eRecordings, reduce paper shuffle and improve the efficiency and integrity of Steele County’s recording process.
Rick also decided to integrate the new assisted-indexing feature, iNSPECT, which identifies key index information right on the document. The user experience is advanced with the addition of touchscreen capabilities, users now interact with documents in a completely new fashion. The intelligence of iNSPECT works to diminish the possibilities for human error, all the while increasing the integrity of the data in process. With iNSPECT, Recorder of Deeds Rick Kvien will take his office and the Official Public Record into the future.
“We’d been with iDocument for quite some time and I was wanting to update the technology in the office. Moving onto AVID was the natural step to take. Also, I decided to take the upgrade an extra step further by adding iNSPECT. It has taken the ability to process a document to unexpected levels. iNSPECT updates the recording process with touchscreen technology and I’m excited to have it in Steele County.” – Rick Kvien, Steele County Recorder of Deeds
