The Kansas Fidlar eByte: May 2017

We are excited to announce that the Chase County Register of Deeds Office has fully integrated our assisted-indexing technology, iNSPECT, with AVID! iNSPECT reads the document in process and presents key index data to the user to be validated for indexing. Since iNSPECT recognizes the data for the user instead of the user having to manually process the data, the chance of human error is greatly diminished.

Utilizing tools that promote accuracy and validity will ultimately allow for cleaner data and a cleaner repository. By utilizing iNSPECT, Chase County has increased the accessibility and usability of records for their constituents and other county offices within the courthouse.

iNSPECT is a great asset to AVID. We have been operating with AVID for some time and it has served us very well, so to have something that enhances its ability to perform for us is even better. Our Project Manager Maureen Melson trained us and we were able to quickly pick up on iNSPECT‘s functions. I am pleased with what Fidlar continues to develop for the Register of Deeds Office, they work to keep us all advancing.” – Kathy Swift, Chase County Register of Deeds
