The Minnesota Fidlar eByte: April 2017
We are excited to announce that the Martin County Recorder’s Office has fully integrated our assisted-indexing technology, iNSPECT, with AVID! iNSPECT reads the document in process and presents key index data to the user to be validated for indexing. Since iNSPECT recognizes the data for the user instead of the user having to manually process the data, the chance of human error is greatly diminished.
Utilizing tools that promote accuracy and validity will ultimately allow for cleaner data and a cleaner repository. By utilizing iNSPECT, Martin County has increased the accessibility and usability of records for their constituents and other county offices within the courthouse.
“We’ve had iNSPECT in the office for a month now and I’m happy to use it as we process from day to day. Kelly Seibert, our Project Manager, did a fantastic job of training and showing us how iNSPECT processes data. Fidlar has a keen sense of the Recorder’s Office needs and I think they keep our best interests in mind when it comes to the software they develop. iNSPECT is a great tool for improving how we manage our records going into the future.” – Diane Sanders, Martin County Recorder
