Organizing a day of education focused on these two systems, Carol set out to better her constituents through information. With the help of Fidlar Technologies’ own Raquel Posateri and Simplifile’s Michelle Wilsey, they covered eRecording’s ease of use and the many great features of Laredo, including Laredo Anywhere’s mobile capabilities – allowing remote eRecording work. Laredo provides a highly-enhanced and efficient search experience, including customizable searches, for constituents that perform searches daily.
Property scams are on the rise, and county constituents are at an alarmingly-high risk. Property Fraud Alert, an early warning system for home fraud, alerts customers whenever someone submits a document claiming ownership of their home. This scam is easily missed and harder to recover from, but with the help of Property Fraud Alert, county residents can rest assured that someone has their back.
