We are proud to announce that the Logan County Recorder’s Office has fully transitioned with the land records management software solution, AVID. The Recorder’s staff will be able to reach higher levels of performance and improve efficiencies within their recording process. Additionally, enhanced features such as back-indexing and integrated document imaging mitigates the need for third party vendors. AVID completes a vast array of powerful functions that were developed specifically with the Recorder’s needs in mind.
Initially, Logan County had integrated the subscription-based notification system, Property Fraud Alert, and the remote access products, Laredo/Tapestry, into their office to allow for constituents to better perform searches of the Official Public Record. As they moved forward, County Clerk & Recorder Sally J. Turner elected to integrate AVID within her office’s daily workflow. Fidlar offers a range of technical solutions for the unique needs of the Recorder’s Office – which can be utilized regardless of who their primary software provider may be.
