We are pleased to announce that the Manistee County Register of Deeds’ Office has transitioned into a Lifecycle Partnership with Fidlar Technologies. As a Lifecycle Partner, Manistee County will receive technical upgrades on all existing Fidlar software, be able to take advantage of newly developed software or modules, and they can transition anytime to the AVID land records management system and future land records management systems, at no cost.
As software becomes outdated, it can become challenging and costly to maintain. With a Lifecycle Partnership, the county receives the necessary technical support that is needed, direct from Fidlar. Additionally, the office will be able to utilize state-of-the-art recording systems and will be able to do so on an easily budgeted plan. We’d like to thank Manistee County for their partnership and their devotion to maintaining and protecting the Official Public Record.
