We are pleased to inform you that the Medina Recorder’s Office recently experienced strong value from Fidlar’s Technical Support staff. A malfunction caused a major server crash within the Medina County Recorder’s Office, requiring immediate attention. A timely evaluation was performed by a member of the Fidlar Technical Support staff to identify the issue and the necessary steps were taken to properly rectify the situation as quickly as possible. As with all Fidlar Support situations, progression was communicated to keep Medina County informed until the situation was successfully resolved. This is just one of many examples of how Fidlar’s Support has worked with a county partner to ensure their office is back up and running properly.
