The Missouri Fidlar eByte: April 2017
Fidlar would like to recognize our County Partners within Missouri that currently offer the Honor Rewards program within their offices. The program is a community service that promotes appreciation and admiration for individuals who served in the Armed Forces. Veterans sign-up to receive an Honor Rewards Card that will let them receive discounts and benefits for local participating retailers, restaurants, and businesses. The program serves to thank these individuals and to also prompt them to have their military papers processed and recorded to the Official Public Record.
Each month, the Honor Rewards webpage receives more than 14,000 visitors. The resource connects more than 1,700 businesses to more than 13,400 veterans that participate with the program. Jefferson County, Missouri is our most active program with 184 participating businesses and 1209 veteran memberships.

“We started our Honor Rewards program in 2014 and the veterans of Jefferson County love it! The men and women that served in the Armed Forces should be recognized, this is a way that communities can show their thanks to these individuals. I think the program has been very well received within the area and I’m grateful to the businesses and organizations that have taken to it.” – Debbie Dunnegan-Waters, Jefferson County, Recorder of Deeds
