The Ohio Fidlar eByte: October 2017

 

Fidlar Technologies is proud to offer a dedicated Support Team to assist with any question or requests made by our Ohio County Partners. In the month of September, 87% of all support calls were answered by a live person, ready to assist the user with a resolution. We pride ourselves with our knowledge, experience and understanding of the land recording industry.

The Support Team is accessible through a variety of convenient communication channels for our partners via phone call, email or online chat. Fidlar not only provides technical assistance to County Partners, but we also take support calls from professionals searching in the private sector, Property Fraud Alert subscribers and Official Records Online customers. We share the same belief as you do with your constituents in the importance of protecting and managing the Official Public Record and hope that these values show through in all that we do for your office.
