Laredo Desktop Continues to Enhance User Search Capabilities

We are pleased to announce that Fidlar has begun upgrading counties with Laredo Desktop. The upgrade includes multiple new features that enhance the user’s ability to perform advanced searches for documents. Customizable features such as Saved Search will give direct notification to the searcher via email or text of newly recorded documents. IRIS, now available directly to the external user, gives the ability to create custom search lists for Party Names & Subdivisions. Along with these enhancements, Laredo Anywhere serves as a companion service that provides mobile search capability on popular mobile devices.

Door County Enters Into Partnership with Fidlar Technologies

We are pleased to announce that the Door County Register of Deeds’ Office is now partnered with Fidlar Technologies in Wisconsin. Register of Deeds Carey Petersilka and her staff will be using our land records management software solution, AVID Powered by iNSPECT, within their office. Door County constituents will also be provided with enhanced-access search tools like the subscription-based Laredo and the online-based Tapestry. These tools allow constituents to retrieve documents securely and conveniently in their own workplace.

Fidlar’s ingenuity and innovation within the industry advances land recording offices’ abilities by developing and providing the tools necessary to do so. With the AVID system, the Register of Deeds office will have a superior ability to handle and process eRecordings within their workflow, increasing turnaround time and decreasing paper shuffle. We would like to thank Door County for their partnership and their devotion to maintaining and protecting the Official Public Record.

After the Zone 4 meeting last week, attendees came to the Fidlar office to view new features that are available within the upgraded Laredo Desktop. The upgrade includes multiple new features that enhance the user’s ability to perform advanced searches for documents. We are proud to inform you that the Carroll County Register of Deeds Office has enabled stronger searching capabilities to their constituents with Tapestry. Tapestry is a simple and convenient tool that gives constituents the ability to remotely search the Official Public Record. The web-based service offers 24 x 7, pay-as-you-go access which provides total flexibility in regards to the time constraints of your searchers’ needs. By implementing Tapestry, Carroll County has made the public record more accessible on both the local and national levels.

Remote searching has become a necessary service to provide to your constituents, by doing so your office enables quick and convenient access to the Official Public Record. Pike County to Offer Enhanced Remote Access Tools to Searchers

We are proud to inform you that Pike County will be providing stronger searching capabilities to constituents with Laredo/Tapestry. Pike County Recorder Jody Hoover was looking to offer her constituents better access to county records and chose Laredo/Tapestry. Enhanced access tools like the subscription-based Laredo and the online-based Tapestry allows for documents to be retrieved securely by searchers, conveniently in their own work environment. County offices that have an existing land records vendor can still take advantage of Fidlar products like Laredo/Tapestry, Honor Rewards, and Property Fraud Alert.
