- AVID provides comprehensive ability to the Recorder
- Fidlar installs, configures and trains on-site
- Upgraded software as it becomes available
- Commitment to Serving Fidlar Partnerships
Fidlar understands the crucial role of the Recorder’s Office and the role it plays within local county government. That is why we continue to deliver solutions that are both effective and innovative to the land recording process. Our land records management system, AVID, combines the components of document imaging, redaction, eRecording functions and more, eliminating previous integration required from multiple vendors. With these functions located conveniently together, AVID provides each user with enhanced abilities and a smooth operating platform for processing.
Our Project Managers travel on-site to train County Partners with our land records management system, AVID. Recording staff members receive in-person training from the Project Manager to provide the best possible instruction with the best practices of AVID. Once training is complete, Fidlar IT installs and configures the upgrade, allowing the county to continue recording documents.
As recording practices and trends shift within the market, new tools and services are necessary to meet the demand of those changes. That is why Fidlar’s Development Team works in-house to upgrade and improve upon existing products while actively developing tools to be utilized with future releases.
Fidlar remains steadfast as a software vendor exclusive to the Recorder’s Office. Yet, we strive to exceed the expectations of each partner on all sides. Our intention is to offer the best products and services so that our County Partners can keep advancing. As a software vendor, Fidlar strives to elevate the value a recording office can deliver to their public.
“Beltrami County has been using AVID in the office for a solid year. Utilizing a system like AVID has been beneficial to us, since it offers a nice variety of features which are created specifically for the Recorder’s Office. Also, I’m pleased to have a software system that is kept up-to-date and is able to help my office take steps to keep compliant with any changes to any state recording legislation.” – Charlene Sturk, Beltrami County Recorder
