We proudly offer a dedicated local support resource to assist with any question or requests made by our Maine County Partners. The Fidlar Support Team is knowledgeable, experienced and understanding of the land recording industry; each individual member is ready to assist the user with a resolution.
Wendy Hanson, Information Technology Specialist, has more than twenty years’ experience in the land records management industry. She provides a variety of expertise when assisting the Register’s Office. Tasks such as testing, troubleshooting, and installing software are performed by Wendy. Once the office is technically configured, she trains staff members how to best use the AVID land records management system when processing documents. Wendy then makes herself available for ongoing technical support to the county as they reach full recording capacity with their new recording system.
