The Ohio Fidlar eByte – April 2018
Warren County Experiences Partnership Benefits
- Products that benefit constituents & industry professionals
- Remote access tools provide options to searchers
- Outreach services increase awareness of Recorder’s Office
- Services provided to constituent free of charge
Fidlar is pleased to offer products and programs that broaden the services made available to constituents by the Recorder’s Office. Our remote search tools provide searchers with multiple options to accommodate a wide range of searching needs. These tools provide an essential service to industry professionals needing to operate on effective and efficient levels. Fidlar search tools increase conveniences for the searchers who can easily access records in their own work environment.
Additionally, community outreach services assist with expanding the presence of the Recorder’s Office to both constituents and the community in general. Property Fraud Alert (PFA) is a service that gives property owners an advantageous position against fraudsters. For any recording activity associated with a subscriber’s name, whether it be a fraudulent deed, a lien on their property, or a legitimate document – PFA will give notification to the subscriber. This notification provides the lawful owner the opportunity to take appropriate action if necessary.
Another community outreach program provides a valuable service to those who have served us. Honor Rewards is a rewards program that allows veterans to sign-up to receive an Honor Rewards ID card, which grants the veteran discounts and benefits at local participating retailers, restaurants, and other businesses.
“Warren County’s partnership with Fidlar has come a long way since 2013. Because of the quality and integrity of the technology, our office has been able to accomplish more with less personnel, resulting in the savings of taxpayer dollars. The most important function of my office is preserving the land records of our past and our future. We feel confident we are accomplishing this through our Fidlar software.”- Linda Oda, Warren County Recorder
