Fidlar is proud to offer tools that are essential to the land document recording industry. Our focus is to serve the Clerk/Recorder’s Office with products and services with the intention to facilitate advancement and progression. Through our premier land recording software system, AVID, Powered by iNSPECT, offices can provide constituents with stronger recording functions that elevate the accuracy and consistency of the Official Public Record.
By offering our enhanced access tools, Laredo/Tapestry, offices provide an added convenience to those searching records by making them available online. Both industry professionals and the general public are able to access the county repository in a secure manner outside of the courthouse. These tools offer a stronger and faster service for users to perform necessary tasks. Both Laredo and Tapestry are maintained to serve as the best search option in the marketplace for every constituent.
In addition to delivering powerful software solutions, Fidlar offers unique outreach services that are highly effective in catching public attention. Promoting Honor Rewards and Property Fraud Alert (PFA) in and around the community lets the public understand the additional value the Clerk/Recorder’s Office can offer alongside other long-term, existing programs and services. Honor Rewards and PFA offer immense value to constituents, both of which are offered to constituents free of charge.
“Fidlar has so many products and services for counties to utilize which allows us to provide many great services to the citizens and businesses in Henry County. I have been very fortunate to take advantage of several of these products such as Laredo and Tapestry which have greatly increased access to my recorded land records. All of my public records are now more accessible not only to searchers but to the general public, including the ability to request any vital records online. With the help of their support team and their representatives like Greg Bachman and Danielle Westerfield, we are always given the most up-to-date technology. Most importantly, they keep up with the constant legislation changes.” – Barbara M. Link, Henry County Clerk/Recorder
