Fidlar Technologies is proud to offer a dedicated Support Team to assist with any question or requests made by our Kansas County Partners. The Fidlar Support Team is knowledgeable, experienced and understanding of the land recording industry; each individual member is ready to assist the user with a resolution.
We remain dedicated as a software partner and provider exclusive to land recording offices. For this reason, our goal is to provide assistance that is superior and directed towards meeting the expectations and achieving important goals of our partners. Support is established from the start of an office’s transition to our AVID land records management system and remains constant throughout our partnership with our experienced support staff.
We feel that greater accessibility to technical support is key to assisting our County Partners meet their goals. The Fidlar Support Team is made available through a variety of convenient communication channels: phone call, email or online chat. The specialist team is on-site, providing the ability to assist in real-time during operating hours. We understand that greater accessibility means faster response to the needs of our County Partners.
Fidlar not only provides technical assistance to County Partners, but we also take support calls from professionals searching with Laredo/Tapestry in the private sector, Property Fraud Alert subscribers and Official Records Online customers.
