The Wisconsin Fidlar eByte: October 2016
Last month, we hosted the User Group Meeting for all Wisconsin Fidlar Partners. Officials met with Scott Moore, Vice-President of Sales, and Cheryl McCarthy, Partner Relationship Manager, to discuss this year’s progress and plans for the future. Officials were given a preview of new developments including iNSPECT, our assisted-indexing technology and the recently launched Official Records Online service. We were also excited to demonstrate our newly enhanced WIDOR integrations within AVID. The meeting was yet another positive event with great discussions, which generated excitement for the future of our partnerships.
“It helps knowing that Fidlar understands the importance of keeping public records protected, which also includes securing the modes of access to this valuable information. Proper use of our software helps maintain the integrity of the Official Public Record. With security measures in place, we can help ensure set fees are utilized for their intended purposes, such as image printing. The User Group Meetings provide a valuable combination of knowledge that consists of county users’ experiences along with Fidlar’s expertise. Fidlar consistently delivers the latest technology, which helps us provide the best customer service possible. By coming together at these meetings, we can help Fidlar help us!” – Heather M. Kuhn, Dunn County Register of Deeds
