The Kansas Fidlar eByte: March 2017

We are excited to announce that the Wyandotte County Register of Deeds Office has fully integrated our assisted-indexing technology, iNSPECT, with AVID! iNSPECT reads the document in process and presents key index data to the user to be validated for indexing. Since iNSPECT recognizes the data for the user instead of the user having to manually process the data, the chances of human error is greatly diminished.

Utilizing tools that promote accuracy and validity will ultimately allow for cleaner data and a cleaner repository. By utilizing iNSPECT, Wyandotte County has increased the accessibility and usability of records for their constituents.

iNSPECT is a fantastic addition to AVID. Accuracy is our main priority, so having the iNSPECT technology available in the office gives us a huge advantage. We’ve been able to accomplish a lot with AVID, but with iNSPECT, our processing power has been pushed even further. I am pleased with what Fidlar developed; we are able to take what they have created and make it our own.” – Nancy Burns, Wyandotte County Register of Deeds
